Tried to install HP Smart. Was directed to Microsoft Stores however unable to download it. There is no link/command button to start downloading. Logged off from MS Account & logged in several times. Nothing helped. I'm using a genuine Windows version. A screenshot is attached.

Finally, I was able to find the reason. The selected region (In windows) caused the problem. I changed it from Sri Lanka to the US and then I was able to install the HP Smart. Once installed, I changed the region back to Sri Lanka and HP Smart is working correctly. Anyway, thanks for the guidance & help.

I see that you are not able to download the HP Smart app.
Make sure Windows is up to date. Check if the anti-virus software is blocking the download/installation.
Log in as Admin.
Check if you are able to download other apps from the Microsoft Store.

If the issue persists with the HP Smart app, use the full-feature printer driver available on the HP drivers page.
