Hi. I have multiple issues
1) When trying to clean my inkheads, the software said it cannot establish two way communication with the device. The device does work (prints and scans), just cannot perform this maintenance. I read that one of the ways to resolve was to uninstall and re-install the driver software
2) when trying to uninstall, i get the following error...Call to DriverPackageInstall returned error 5 for package 'C:/windiws\System32\driverstore\filerepository\hpwia_oj8610.inf_amd64_80a 1460fc3d1076d\hpwia_oj8610.inf'. A caller of DriverPackageInstall must be a member of the administrators group to install a driver package
I only have one account on my PC and it is an administrator. Tried looking up resolutions and it said to do clean reboot, which i did but that didn't do anything an i am now completely lost on all fronts
Appreciate any help i can get

@ptrotti Welcome to HP Community!
I understand that you are unable to uninstall the software.
Do not worry. I will try to fix the issue.
Please perform the Clean reinstallation of Pre-installed HP drivers
1. In Windows, search for and open Programs and features
2. Select your HP Printer
3. Select Uninstall
4. In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers
5. In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose ‘Delete’ or ‘Remove Device’
6. Open up the run command with the “Windows key + R” key combo.
7. Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)
8. Click on the “Drivers” tab
9. Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom
10. Select Ok
11. Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows
12. Close Devices and Printers, restart the computer.
Click here to download the HP Full-featured driver.
Once downloaded, make sure to run the file to start the installation and follow the on-screen instructions.
Please clean the printhead from the printer control panel and check.
You can also use the HP Smart app to run the maintenance from his computer.
