Hi there
I have a Color Laserjet Pro MFP181fw that I bought in Hong Kong. I have moved to the UK and the toner cartridges got different code from Hong Kong (HK are 204A and UK are 205A) and the printer shows "Incompatible Cartridge" after installed the 'HP genius cartridge' purchased from HP UK. This has been a very frustrating experience. I understand that the printer region code can be changed with the help of HP support. Could someone please help me change the region code on my printer?
Thank you very much

Hi @TN9439 ,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd like to help!
To get the region reset, we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out.
For that to happen, we will give you additional instructions/information via Private Message.
