Product: HP LaserJet M111w

Hi, how do I change the country / region on my HP LaserJet M111w?

My printer does not have warranty anymore. 

I brought the printer from Serbia to United Kingdom.

 

Can you provide me the necessary steps to change the region setting to United Kingdom please.

Welcome to HP Support Community!  

  

We need to perform a regional reset on the printer to resolve this issue.  

  

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.  

I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

To perform a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions: 

 

1. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer. 

2.you only need the cartridges purchased from the new region/country to which you want to reset it to. 

3. Make sure HP Smart App is installed too. 

4. The old cartridges will stop working once the reset is successful, so ensure you deplete the ink before switching to the new region using this reset.
