Good evening all,
We are in the process of implementing a new Citrix XenApp 7.15 LTSR environment and have stumbled upon an issue relating to HP Printing Shortcuts which are not being shown on the tab once the session printer has been delivered to the Citrix desktop. The same printer, from the same print server is installed locally on a PC and is able to view all of the custom HP Printing Shortcuts successfully as setup on the print server. We have tried using both the native HPLJ drivers and HPUP PCL6 (v6.8.0) to no avail. Thanks in advance for any sugesstions.

Found the issue to be because the print server was a Windows 2008 R2 print server. Tested installing printer queue on to Windows 2012 R2 and Windows 2016 R2 and printing shortcuts all work exactly as they should with the HP UPD so not related to Citrix at all but instead the o/s. Built new Windows 2016 R2 print server and migrated all printers over to new server using Print Management \ Action \ Migrate Printers. Export from old print server to file import from file to new print server to retain all drivers/settings/printing shortcuts etc.
