Envy 5055 shows installation successful, test pages and all docs from the printer print fine, but documents from laptop will not print. When I try, it shows an unexpected error 0x80070005 occurred. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, checked my security settings, windows updates and everything I could think of, all to no avail. I also have a HP 3052A (Series J611) that shows me the same error message. I was able to print one page yesterday after setting up the Envy 5055, but today it didn't work again.
Thanks for any help anyone may have.
