Hello everyone, I'm having a problem with my LaserJet Managed MFP E62655 printer
When I connect the removable disk, the error "Connected storage device not formatted for use with this product" appears
It was formatted to FAT32 and NFTS, but it continues to give an error. Could you help me with this solution?

Can you confirm what sort of removable disk. Are you talking a USB stick or some sort of mass storage device? Can you also confirm what you are using the device for? I have had this error occasionally, usually when trying to update firmware and I have plugged in the memory stick before actually launching the firmware update option from the maintenance menu and being prompted for it.

It's a USB stick.
It was formatted to put Hirens boot...
Then I formatted it again putting it in FAT32, NFTS and exFAT32 but none of them worked.
I need it to throw documents from the printer to the USB stick.
