Since Nov 2021when I first contacted support after talking to many reps and support supervisors. After promised action,  I still have not had my new def printer replaced.  Will someone contact me and handle this.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

Thank you for your effort;  I hope it helps. This is really ridiculous that someone hasn't handled this since November.

Well,  Today is January 23, 2022.  Nobody has contacted me yet.  They issued an order to replace my printer and after they receive it, they would send me another printer. They received my printer on December 13. Three weeks later because I hadn't heard from anybody, I finally was able to talk to a supervisor.  After my talk with the supervisor, she issued another order to have it replaced hopefully thinking that they would realize that they already have my printer. However, they are now waiting for me to return my printer, which I don't have because I already returned it on the first order. Would I do better writing to someone up the chain?

BTY, thanks for responding. Even if I can't any action, at least I feel better griping to someone.
