When trying to make copies, my printer defaults to phot size only.  There is no ‘paper setting’ on the tray menu. Please help💝

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:

  • Have you tried copying from a different application or device? 
  • What's the application you are trying to copy from? 
  • Could you please share the picture of the photo size settings?

I’m just directly copying from the printer.  I get the same message when I try to copy from my phone.

I’m not trying to copy a picture. It’s a  8x11 paper document.
