Trying to set a new printer, the ENVY 6000 series [B84CF4], and have gotten as far as downloading the windows 10 drivers onto the laptop. But when trying to log in to the "Driver Support One" app on said laptop, it doesn't recognize the correct password and comes up with the "User name or password incorrect" message, despite both being correct. I have changed the password to see if that would help and have uninstalled/reinstalled the drivers. Another issue is that nothing happens when clicking the links to "I forgot my email or password" and "create your account", you simply aren't redirected anywhere. Any advice as to how to fix this issue would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I believe you may refer to the printer's password to access its EWS page and refer to the wrong password?
type admin as the user (all lower case)
Type the PIN listed on the label within the cartridge access door as the password.
May that help?

Unfortunately this doesn't seem to have worked, as the login screen says that it requires an email address. It didnt work when putting in the email address and pin number either. Any further advice/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
