Deleted email is my login - cant access

I've deleted the email that is registered to my account and I have no way to getting a password reset nor I can re-register my Laserjet to a new account since the login tells me that there's already an account tied to this printer. I really would like some help on registering the same device to my phone under a new email/phone number.
