Deskjet 2652
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an issue that is literally driving me insane and to the point where I may never purchase another HP product ever again...

I have a wireless HP DeskJet 2652 printer and when I try to print from Windows 10 applications, I receive an "Error Printing" every time.  The HP Smart app can see the printer just fine and I am able to view and run print diagnostics, including printing test pages.  However, I cannot "Install the printer" via the HP Smart app.   The process continually times out.

I can see the printer via Printers and Scanners, but if I try to print, I get an error.

I have uninstalled\reinstalled the software multiple times, going through a clean restart cycle each times and still no luck.

I am at my wit's end....

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.

Thank you for visiting the HP Support Community.
