I would like to disable the pop up notifications I get from my printer due to low ink and similar things.
In this link (https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c01841764) HP offers a solution but in my case it doesn't work. My Device Settings tab looks like this:
What can I do?

@ccantelic, Welcome to HP Support Community!
Follow the steps below-
Click on "Start," and then "Control Panel." Select "Printers and Faxes" from the list.
Select the "File" menu and then "Server Properties." Click on the "Advanced" tab, and then uncheck the option for "Notify when remote documents are printed." Select "Ok" to save the changes you made.
Additionally, you can try these steps-
1.Log in to your computer with an administrator account.
2. Click “Start | All Programs | HP | Product Assistant.” If you cannot find the utlity in “All Programs,” you can also launch it manually by typing “C:\Program Files\Hp\Digital Imaging\Product Assistant\Bin\Hprbupdate.exe” in the Search box and pressing "Enter.”
3. Click “Preferences” on the left and select the “Basic Settings” tab.
4. Click “Disable Solution Updates” under Update Interval Preferences and click “Save.” This will stop the advertisement pop-ups.
5. Click the “Advanced Settings” tab and select “Disable Event Logging” located under Logging Preferences, then click “Save." This will stop the maintenance alerts.
Uninstall Product Assistant
1. Log in with an administrator account, click Start, type “appwiz.cpl” in the Search box and press “Enter.”
2. Right-click on “HP Product Assistant” and select “Uninstall.”
3. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the removal. You might need to reboot your system afterward.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.
