Product: HP 8620 Printer, copier, scanner
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Need to install ready driver software from laptop. Downloaded correct version from HP Printer Driver site. Tried to do wirelessly when I was sure printer is on my network ok.  Went thru install sequence, got error message it would not install.  Now, want to try via ethernet from laptop to printer but can't locate ethernet port on printer.  Any help much appreciated.

Hi,

The ethernet port is the 3rd port from the bottom at the back of your printer, right above the USB port..

 

It may be covered with a Yellow cover if you haven't removed it..
