Product: HP deskjet 2600
Operating System: iOS

I have had an email saying to update printer drivers, I have followed instructions but it won’t let me download, asks me to manually select operating system which is iOS, then it says drivers cannot be found. How would I tell if I have the up to date drivers? Thanks

@Linz3, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

If you are using an iOS device, there is no printer driver required. You may either use the HP Smart app to print or print using the AirPrint driver.

Click here to know how to print via AirPrint option. For HP Smart, click here.

 

Print a printer status report to check the firmware version.

 

Press and hold the Cancel button  for 3 seconds.

A Printer Status Report prints.

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware if required.

Hi it is IOS what I usually use, I ran a printer status report & firmware version is TJP1FN2021BR.
