Downloaded Wrong Printer Software

[PleaseHelpME5]

I went to 123.hp.com to download the software necessarey to set up my printer, and accidently downloaded the software for the ENVY 5000 and not the ENVY 5055. Now, when I look at the screen on my printer it says ENVY 5000 instead of ENVY 5055, how do I remove this software to download the correct one?

I have gone through your Post and I would like to help

The HP ENVY 5055  is the same as HP ENVY 5000 . The 5000 is just the Series number.

I have check the drivers for your HP ENVY 5055 and the Full Feature Software is the HP ENVY 5000 All-in-One  Version 44.3.2218 Released on Apr 27, 2018

I would also recommend you download the latest Firmware from the same link.
