Running into an issue where i can't install the print driver for the officejet 6962. Printer is on a wireless network fine. I can see it with HP Smart. I can ping it. Console shows it online. I just can't print to it. I have installed and re-installed the SW multiple times. Power cycled everything multiple times. This printer has been working fine. I think a Windows 10 update caused issues with the print driver.
In the windows 10 settings dialog box for adding printers I see the printer HPBF604A (HP OfficeJet 6960), and underneath it says "Driver is unavailable".
Anybody else seeing this?
thanks.

Hi @KW241,
I'd like to help!
Let's try and uninstall the printer software from the root level on your PC and install the full feature printer software.
--->In Windows, search for and open Programs and Features.
--->Select your HP printer.
--->Select Uninstall.
--->In Windows, search for and open Devices and Printers.
--->In the Devices and Printers window look for your HP Printer. If you see it listed, right-click on it and choose "Delete" or "Remove Device.”
--->Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo.
--->Type printui.exe /s and click OK.
--->Click on the Drivers tab.
--->Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it click on it and click remove at the bottom.
--->Select OK.
--->Select Apply and OK on the Print Server Properties windows.
--->Close Devices and Printers.
And then reinstall the printer full-featured drivers from software and drivers page
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

This might require remote access of your computer to fix the issue.
I request you to talk to HP support.
They might have multiple options to help you with this.
- Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp?openCLC=true
- Select the country.
- Enter the serial of your device.
- Select the country from the drop-down.
- Click on "Show Options".
