Oddly, changing the selected OS version to Windows 8.1 64-bit finds the Driver:
HP LaserJet Full Feature Software and Driver
It is "odd" because although the supported Operating System list (View all) does not show Windows 10, the Fixes - scroll down on the page) and open the category - says the software supports Windows 10.
So, worth a try.
Maybe run in Compatibility mode if the regular install balks (stands in mud and won't do anything).
