When I updated Microsoft office I couldn't print anymore because the drivers were removed from my system. I tried solving this issue through HP Smart or HP Print and scan doctor but did not manage. Is there someone who could help me, please?

Hello,
Please uninstall all software related to your printer (except HP Smart) as follows:
- Unplug the USB cable at the back of the printer, if necessary.
- On the keyboard, simultaneously tap the Windows flag and the R key. The Run window opens.
- Type appwiz.cpl, then OK. The Programs and Features window opens.
- Click the right mouse button on HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 series Basic Software, then Uninstall and Yes.
Note: If the software uninstall process does not start or an error displays while uninstalling, download Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed from the Microsoft website, and then try uninstalling again.
- Repeat step 4 with the following software (The list of software for your printer may be different):
- Study for the improvement of the HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 series product.
- HP Dropbox Plugin
- HP EmailSMTP Plugin
- HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 series Help
- HP FTP Plugin
- HP Google Drive Plugin
- HP OneDrive Plugin
- HP SharePoint Plugin
- Follow the instructions on the screen to complete the uninstall of the printer.
- Restart the computer.
Launch the registry editor:
- On the keyboard, simultaneously tap the Windows flag and the R key. The Run window opens.
- Type regedit, then OK. The registry editor opens.
- Develop HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE, then SOFTWARE, click with the right mouse button on Hewlett-Packard and Delete. (If the PC is HP-branded, develop Hewlett-Packard and remove Digital Imaging)
- Delete the HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 series folder in the way:
- C:\Program Files\HP
- C:\Program Files (x86)\HP
Rename folder 3 in 3_old in the path below (a restart may be required):
- C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64.
- C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\W32X86.
NOTE: If the file refuses this action do as follows:
- On the keyboard, tap the Windows and X keys simultaneously.
- Click Command Prompt (admin) or Windows Powershell (admin), and click Yes.
- Type net stop spooler, then press Enter key.
- Rename the file.
- Type net start spooler, then press Enter key.
- Reinstall the printer with the HP OfficeJet Pro 8020 Printer series Full Feature Software and Drivers.
- Try to print and scan.
Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.

Hello and thanks for your return,
When you type net start spooler, do you have a error? You must launch Windows PowerShell or Command Prompt with administrator privileges: to be able to stop the service and restart it.
If so, which one?
Rename folder 3 in 3_old in the path below (a restart may be required):
- C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\x64.
- C:\Windows\System32\spool\drivers\W32X86.
If no error, proceed to the installation with the full software and drivers suggested in my previous post.
Don't hesitate to contact us in case of need.

My problem is still on. I cannot connect with any of the printers. So because I updated windows and I had a conflict with the drivers now i cannot print. Before I didn't have any of these problems. Is there a solution from Microsoft please? I didn't manage to find anything online?
Thanks

I am still waiting for the driverprogram. Windows 10 (64) . The full webpack dated november 2020 doesnot solve the problem.
I tried everything recommanded several times.
The printer works correct when printing from iPhone; so the problem printing from laptop.
