Still the same for my Officejet Pro 9810 as well.  I followed all steps very carefully.  I can print from all of my other devices as well, just not from my laptop.  I see there are no network ports to print through.  I wonder if that me be the problem?

Same for me.  I just don't get it.  Tried all three methods.. HP Smart.  Easy Start, Full Web package...NONE of them can install the driver.  Tried the technical steps above. .. didn't work either...Windows keeps saying "driver unavailable".  Scanner works fine, I can print from all devices, expect the one I need too.  Worked just fine for the last three years, then I get up in the morning and I have no way to print.  I just don't get it.  I run a business and need to get my printing back!
