Does HP M750 Color LaserJet printer come with the capability to duplex?

HP Recommended

Depends on the exact model that you have. Any model with a "D" in the model name will duplex. No "D" no duplexing.

That's just it. I have a few M750dn printers, and no matter if use Universal PCL 6.5, PS7.0, or M750 drivers, the printer prints single sided. The drivers on the sever show that the duplex is NOT installed.

It is not uncommon for the driver to fail to detect the presence of duplex and you should be able to update printer settings in the driver to enable duplex. Refer to this KB article I wrote: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Printers-Knowledge-Base/Duplex-printing-option-missing/ta-p/8451493

We did set the driver as installed per the instructions you sent, however, the printers still don't print both sides. We've rebooted the printers as well.

What if you configure a workstation to print directly?

I have found other M750s with the same issues. I'm going to update the firmware on them.
