My printer for some reason this morning would not connect to the wifi (strong signal), print off says NO FILTERING......FAIL
I've done everything advised on other posts..... turn router off, turn printer off, unplug from socket etc, restore setting, change router settings etc.....
I've checked the router (BT smart hub) and the MAC address is correct. Nothing has changed since installation and it just won't connect!
I have now removed the device from my router, uninstalled it and restored settings to start from scratch but it still won't connect.
I have a constant questionmark and blue wifi light is always flashing.
Can someone please help as i've been trying for 3 hours now and i'm going to hit it with a hammer soon!!

2 mins (timed) saying connecting and it comes up with Connection problem....unable to connect to network. The print out says it's unable to connect, maybe caused by MAC filtering on router. I can't even find MAC filtering on my router to turn it off!

In the router temporarily turn off and disable all security for your SSID. Now try to connect to your unsecured SSID with no password. Are you successful?
If yes, go back and add WPA2-AES with your password and try again. Status now?

Not good. Printer is now suspect to be defective.
Let try another reset...
With the power on, unplug the unit from the wall outlet. Wait 10 mins. Plug the unit back into the wall outlet without using a power strip or surge protector. Power the unit up if it does not.
Try to connect again, with no security. Status now?
Might try resetting the router back to it's defaults and reconfigure it back to your settings and try again.
I suspect your wireless radio in the printer may have an issue. Print out the Wireless Test report and post it here. Looking for the status of the Wireless Radio.

Still not working!
Wireless test results all say Pass. The only thing that says fail is No Filtering.
I can't attach it as i can't scan atm and a photo is too big aparently!
It doesn't say anywhere about the wireless radio?
