I no longer have the SETUP cartridges for this new printer. Have found several OOBE bypass options for other models, but am unable to find one for the 7830. I do have HP colour and black cartridges available. Please advise on how to set up the device.

@Tiemoow_s, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
To bypass the message on the printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

Hello. I have the same problem. I bought a new HP eNVY PHoto 7830 printer and it came with no setup cartridges in the box. I cannot start using it as I am stuck on the window "Insert Setup Cartridges". Please help me unblock this. Thank you!
