hp Officejet 5255

I bought an Officejet 5255 two weeks ago. I received it on 3/7/19. I set it up through the app just fine. But I mainly print from my laptop, it took over an hour to try to set up the printer on my laptop. I've only ever owned hp printers and have never had any trouble setting them up on laptops. As soon as I went to print from my laptop, the printer flashed an error code and kept flashing that until I unplugged it. I contacted customer support and they sent me a new printer that I received today. I set it up and got all the drivers installed on my laptop and all was good until I went to print from my laptop. As soon as I did, Error Code OXB8DO52FE popped up on the printer.

 

I shut down the printer and as soon as it booted up again a different error code popped up, OXB8D3A2FE. I did the same thing and a different error code popped up, OXB8D022FE.

 

I'm tired of having the deal with fault printers. I've loved using hp printers but I think I am going to research other brands. I'm extremely disappointed because I really wanted to try out the instant ink feature. What happened hp? Your printers used to be the best.

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
