Easy way to select printing to tray 1 or 2 on my hp 9025

I am looking for help printing from both tray 1 or 2 on my hp 9025.  I would like to use tray 1 for plain paper and tray 2 for checks and envelopes. So far I have only been able to print from tray 1.

You can also go to the Printer screen, go to the Dashboard>Tray and Paper Management and select your options there.
