Our company has a PageWide Enterprise MFP 586f that we've used for years. It has served us well but is coming up for replacement soon. We'd have just got the newest model on the PageWide line, however the PageWide printers are unfortunately no longer manufactured as HP dropped the line a few years ago. Does anyone know what the current Color LaserJet equivalent for the PageWide 586f is? I see a couple of options but just wanted to get some opinions as well. It would need to be on the Enterprise line.

Most comparable to the 586 would be the new 5000 series lineup. The line is split into two versions, one what I would call a transactional unit intended for sale at stationary stores or other dealers who cannot offer support on the product such as warranty or advanced advice on setup and models intended to be sold by a full service HP Partner who can provide after sales support and programs such as cost per copy or supplies metering contracts with discounted toner pricing. This model would be an X57945.
