My Envoy Photo 7800 printer is printing but only printing in black and white. Is there a setting to enable color printing? Is so how do you enable color printing? Thanks for your help!

Hello @tandcbrown .
1. From the File menu of the software, select Print.
2. Make sure your printer is selected.
3. Determine the print options. If you do not see options in the Print dialog box, click Show Details.
Select the appropriate paper size from the Paper Size pop-up menu.
Select the orientation.

4. From the pop-up menu, choose Paper Type/Quality and once done choose the following settings:
● Paper Type: the appropriate type of photo paper.
● Quality: select the option that gives you the best quality or maximum resolution.
● Click on the Color Options drop-down triangle and choose the appropriate option.
