Envy 4520 no longer auto double sided printing the next attempt

I have read the suggestion on the earlier posts.   I agree none work for me.  I have change the driver option to installed, I have found no help for color default. 

Has anyone got a solution?   I tell it to print duplex and it repeatedly prints odd pages, the tells me to flip and reload.

Hi,

download the "User Giude" https://support.hp.com/us-en/product/setup-user-guides/hp-envy-4520-all-in-one-printer-series/544792...

then open the “User Guide” with Adobe Reader.
The option “print on both sides” should be activated in the printer menu

if not activate and print the first 4 pages.
Are the 4 pages printed on 2 A4 sheets?
