Envy 5546 Paper won’t load. Keeps saying out of paper but it isn’t.

Keeps saying out of paper and won’t print. It has loads of paper and makes all the right noises. But nothing will print. We have followed some steps on here already. We set it, checked for updates and cleaned it but still won’t work.

Welcome to the HP Support Community. I'd be happy to assist you with the "Out of Paper" error.

Please try these steps - 'Out of Paper' Displays and Printer Does Not Pick Paper

Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware

If the issue still persists, I'd suggest you Contact HP in your region regarding the service options for your printer.

If you are having trouble navigating through the above options, it's most likely because the device is out of warranty. If yes? please send me a private message with the region you are contacting us from. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
