Hi I'm having trouble getting my envy 6400 to connect to the Internet. I've tried everything they suggest and it still won't connect. I know my Wi-Fi works because I'm on it to be on here. I can't figure out what else to do. Maybe the problem is we upgraded our equipment and now have a different password but I can't figure out how to change it. I tried to start over new but it didn't work either

@Angiey2, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query regarding the units connection; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

I suggest you reset the network setting on the printer and setup the printer again. You may follow these steps:

Refer printer's User manual for printer specific steps.

  • Turn off your printer.
  • Press and hold the Wi-Fi button on the printer.
  • While holding the Wi-Fi button, turn the printer back on.
  • Keep holding the Wi-Fi button until the light blinks quickly, indicating that the network settings have been reset.

This clears any old Wi-Fi credentials, allowing you to reconfigure the printer for the new network.

Also, you may refer these guides:

I hope these steps help resolve the issue

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
