The error codes C4EB9082 and B8B2B00C on your HP Envy 7645 printer usually indicate a problem with the printer's connection or an internal hardware issue. Here are some steps you can try to resolve this.
- Check Network Connection: Make sure your printer is properly connected to your network. Verify that your Wi-Fi is working correctly and that the printer is within range.
- Update Printer Firmware: Sometimes updating the firmware can resolve these issues. You can do this via the HP Smart app or the printer's control panel if it has network access.
- Reset Network Settings: If the issue persists, you can reset the network settings on the printer. Go to the printer’s menu, find the network settings, and choose to restore default network settings. After that, reconnect the printer to your network.
- Factory Reset: As a last resort, you can perform a factory reset on the printer. This will erase all settings and configurations, so you’ll need to set it up again from scratch. This option is usually found in the printer’s settings menu.
- Check for Physical Issues: Ensure there are no paper jams or issues with the cartridges. Sometimes hardware problems can trigger these error codes.
