Hi @Cathy-Olaj,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

The error code OW_4XX_OWSWSOOOO1 on your HP printer typically relates to a connectivity or configuration issue during the setup process. Here are some steps you can try to resolve it.

  • Check Connections: Ensure all cables are securely connected. If you're using a wireless connection, make sure the printer is connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your computer or device.
  • Restart Devices: Power off your printer, computer, and router. Wait a minute, then power them back on.
  • Update Firmware: Check if there are any firmware updates available for your printer. You can do this through the HP Smart app or the HP website.
  • Reset Network Settings: If you're using a wireless connection, consider resetting the network settings on your printer. Refer to your printer's manual for instructions on how to do this.
  • Reinstall Printer Software: Uninstall any existing printer software on your computer and reinstall it using the latest version from the HP website.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
