Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978 All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Getting many print errors and have to trouble shoot error every time I have to print document. Also when printing a long document, it prints half and get printing error.  I want to factory reset OfficeJet Pro 6970 and reinstall the printer as if it were a new printer.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

I understand that you want to reset the printer, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to perform a semi-full reset on the printer to fix this issue.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
