A fresh install of Support Assisstant is telling me I need the Universal Fax Driver installed, but I already have it, which it also tells me when I try and reinstall that. On SA's Message board, the download and install button is grayed out and I cannot get that message and the red exclamation point on my task bar to go away! I hate seeing red exclamation points! Help???

I am SO sorry for the late response! I've spent a few days in the ER trying to pass a VERY painful kidney stone!. Before I got to try out your solution, whatever was going on fixed itself. I'm not sure if it was an update or what because I wasn't monitoring much online for the last 10 days. Maybe SA finally saw I already had that driver installed. But thank you for the possible solution and maybe it will help others with the same issue down the road.
