Product: HP DeskJet 2823e All-in-One Printer

Bonjour, 

J'ai changé de box internet, et depuis c'est la galère pour imprimer. 

J'ai réinitialisé plusieurs fois l'imprimante mais rien n'y fait : je n'arrive pas à terminer la configuration de mon imprimante. 

 

Sur l'application HP SMART sur téléphone, lorsque je souhaite terminé la configuration j'ai un message d'erreur " Nous sommes désolés, un problème s'est produit (code erreur : EBS00P0007). 

Lorsque je souhaite terminé la configuration sur mon ordinateur portable, la fenêtre est complétement blanche, je ne peux rien faire. 

J'ai tout essayé.
