note that the back arrow may not be visible so you need to guess at it location (bottom left?)
Do not do the full reset as the printer may ask for the original setup cartridges to be inserted and you are unlikely to have them.
Note that there is are two ways to do the reset but neither were marked as a solution.
I do not have 9015e so cannot test it.
Let me know what you find. If none of the above work there may be another solution.
