I'd like to help!

We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue

• The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
• I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.

NVRAM Reset

1. With the device off, simultaneously depress and hold the [Up Arrow] and [Cancel] buttons.
2. Power on the device.
3. When the display shows ‘nv’, release the buttons.
4. When the NVRAM init has been completed, the device will return to the ready state.
