Hi, I have the same problem, can you please help me reset my Printer: HP LaserJet MFP M28a?
I received the "hp rbx-load" device, what can I do with this so that the device is normally detected by the computer? using a computer I can't reset the settings in any way. need a hard reset ...

I have a problem with scanner of MFP M28a. When I scan from pc all works perfectly but when I try to make a copy directly from the printer, the scanner only scan a part of the A4 and not the full page. How can I solve this?
