My 8012e printer screen seems to be stuck on a message to 'Get HP Software'. The printer will not connect on wifi or talk to my iphone and I cannot clear the message to try a full restart. Any ideas please? I've tried turning on and off and power on/off etc.

Thanks Beemer but when I click ? I don’t get any options other than to cancel which takes me back to previous screen ie going round in circles!
