HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer

I already have an hp smart account from my previous hp printer that was a 6000 series. Now I have the office jet pro 8025e printer that was given to me from someone else. I added it to my wireless connection and have it installed in my home but every time I try to print something it says there is an error in my hp account that needs resolved. I have trouble shooted the printer, deleted and reinstalled my hp smart app, and deleted and re-added the printer. Everything is fine until I try to finish install or print something. What is happening?

**1. Verify HP Smart Account Information

Log Into Your HP Smart Account:

  • Go to the HP Smart app or the HP Smart website and log in with your HP account credentials.

Check Account Status:

  • Ensure that there are no account issues or alerts. Look for any notifications or messages related to account problems or verification.

**2. Remove and Re-add the Printer

Remove the Printer from HP Smart App:

  • Open the HP Smart app, go to the list of printers, and remove the OfficeJet Pro 8025e from your account.

Restart the Printer and Router:

  • Power off the printer and your router. Wait for about 30 seconds, then turn them back on.

Re-add the Printer:

  • Open the HP Smart app, click on “+” or “Add Printer”, and follow the prompts to add your OfficeJet Pro 8025e to the app again.

**3. Verify Printer Setup

Ensure Printer is Connected to the Network:
