I PURCHASED THIS HP 6 MONTHS AGO. I DECIDED TO TRY & REUSE IT AGAIN TO NO AVAIL. SO BEFORE I USE IT IN MY FIREPLACE FOR FIREWOOD I THOUGHT I MIGHT REACH OUT & SEE IF THERE WAS ANYONE WHO COULD ASSIST ME WITH THIS PROBLEM. I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE THE HELP. IF NOT IM JUST GOING TO SHOOT IT & THEN BURN IT. ONCE AGAIN I APPRECIATE ANY HELP. PLEASE REPLY TO EMAIL ADDRESS BELOW.

The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
