HP OfficeJet 3830. I have printed in color before and a test page can print in color. But if I try and print from a computer, there is no option to change to color. Doesn't even say black and white. I've tried two different computers that the printer is connected to, and neither allow a document to be printed in color. I have printed in color before. We recently changed from the monthly ink cartridge program to using our own ink. We have printed since then I feel like.

@MSHick

It should have Grayscale options. Please select Grayscale Off, it will print in colors

I cant find greyscale anywhere on settings on actual printer or printer settings on computer. Other peinters have a color or grayscale option, but not this particukar printer.

Have a look at :

OfficeJet 3830 Color option missing from printer preferences - HP Support Community - 8264615

The workaround could also work for your specific HP printer. If it is the case, thanks to give feedback.
