I understand the frustration of equipment that does not perform as expected. A couple of things, this forum is a user to user forum with volunteer experts, we do not spend 24 hours a day here, so posting 4 times in the span of ten minutes is pretty unreasonable time to expect an answer. Secondly, posting in the printer category is unlikely to get many views from people who might be able to answer the question. While there is no clear "accessories" category here which can be confusing, posting in the laptop or desktop category would probably be more likely to attract the eyes of someone who has used this product before. Hopefully someone with some relevant experience will see your post and respond.
