Using Mac OS X 10.7.5 but I couldn't get that option in the box abovemarked "Operating System."
Printer has quit scanning. I've already followed the instructions detailed elsewhere for reloading the software; the printer worked for a while after that but has quit again.
Now what? Do I keep reloading the software every time this happens?
