Has anyone solved the issue with printer HP 7110 that will not delete jobs from print queue after completion

I know that the matter has already been discussed.

Now the printer works as it should. However, there is one issue that this does not solve.

It no longer recognizes A3 or A3+ paper.
We purchased this printer precisely because of the A3, so this is quite a problem for us

I see that you are facing issues with your HP OfficeJet 7110 Wide Format ePrinter wherein it no longer recognizes A3 or A3+ paper.

  

You may download and install the firmware update by following the steps from this document.  (Click on the word document to open the web page).

Well that did not work for me.

After installing new firmwere nothing new.

No A3 option for print.

Also what is with files that needs to be download from HP support.

My computer, Lenovo P-350, Win 11, always find threats inside those files and prevent them from opening.
