HP Recommended

I have been trying to activate HP+ on my printer, however I keep receiving the error code "0W_4XX_0WSWS00001". I have tried reaching out to HP multiple times, all work arounds have failed. I even took the printer to a family members home to try and set up there, and activation still failed.
