Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (64-bit)

Hi...

I've just bought a DJ 2720 and tried to install it on Windows 8.1. Basically it won't print even though all the Tools and diagnostics check out ok. It scans ok.

 

I installed all the drivers using HP Easystart and I've tried using a cable which I know works and also through wireless with both the same results.

 

I'm working abroad just now and back home I remember having a similar issue with my HP 3630 which I got working (think it was driver related). I have now uninstalled the 3630.

 

I've tried re-installing all the HP software a few times, rebooting etc.

 

Can someone point m in the right direction please as its extremely frustrating.
