HP DeskJet 2755 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Okay, like everyone else with HP printers, I'm at my wit's end.

I got a new computer, nothing about my network environment changed at all. I went to start using my printer again and haven't been able to fully connect to it since January. Every time I try to get it working, it prints out 4-5 pages wasting ink. I can't connect wirelessly, I can barely connect with USB. Nothing works!!!!!!!!!!!

I updated the Firmware, I restarted my PC, I've done countless re-installs, reset the Network, I've done everything.

Today, I was able to directly print to it, and it printed successfully, but now I can't scan at all. The HP Smart app says the printer is online and working, but when I go to click on Scan, log in to my HP account, then it says Scanning is Unavailable.

Update:
Cannot find printer via USB or Wifi
Cannot install any HP software due to this
HP Print and Scan doctor says everything is fine
HP Smart App crashes every time I try to use it
Printer is DIRECTLY CONNECTED with USB

Update (8-5-2022)
HP has informed me that I can only get help from their specialists, which would cost me money to get their customer support.
I will likely have to re-sell this printer as I cannot get help from HP for it. I will be purchasing a new printer from a different company that has actual customer service for their customers.

Welcome to the HP support community.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).

If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
