I have just had a one hour ‘discussion’ with the ISP (BT), and at the end they deny that it’s their problem.

So who will come to my aid to sort this out??

If you mean the "Bonjour" questions, then the ISP person didn't know anything about that.

Does anyone else have this problem with a BT hub?

PS: I've just update to ios 15.7 with no change to this problem.

I can report that the HPsmart update to 9.5 a few days ago has solved the issue.
