HP deskjet 3630
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a HP deskjet 3630 recently, i follow the instructions online to download the newest drivers. It can print stuff with chrome but not with word, excel and ppt. I connected the printer with USB. There is no error messages. I see the print job appear in the print queue, but disappear nearly instantly and no action on the printer. Welcome to the HP Forums, I hope you're well @SKYXH,

I came across your post about the troubles you are having with printing from Word or Excel, to your Deskjet 3630 and wanted to reach out with my suggestions. An uninstall and reinstall would have fixed any issues with the HP driver and software. I would personally say the issue is likely with the computer or Microsoft Office.

You can also try running the Print and Scan Doctor for Windows to Help Resolve Printer Issues

Other suggestions I would personally have for you, would be to try disabling any firewalls you have running and try printing again.

Clean boot your system and try printing again: How to perform a clean boot in Windows

Run a System File Checker Scan to help fix corrupt registry files: System file check (SFC) Scan and Repair System Files & DISM to fix things SFC cannot

If all else fails, try posting this issue on the Microsoft Support Community forums.

If you have any troubles, let me know and I will do my best to help.

Try to install DeskJet 6980 drivers.
